RULES AND REGULATIONS

1) Open to all pre-school, primary and secondary school students of Malaysia

2) Registration fee RM10

3) Participant do not need to arrive physically to participate in this competition.

4) Colouring/Drawing paper will be sent to participant by email / wats up

5) Participant must submit the colouring/drawing paper to ICBE Publication email/WhatsApp

6) The Facebook likes, and share will be calculated for winner selection.

7) The decision of judges is final.
